This membership is a patient-centered service that prioritizes your time and well-being. It gives you direct access to Dr. Al-Nakeeb, shorter wait times for appointments, and the kind of one-on-one medical care that’s hard to find in today’s busy healthcare system.
Convenience Care Membership Service Benefits:
- Initial Physician visit within one (1) week, extended to 45 minutes
- Physician-only office visits. No Mid-levels
- Member only dedicated phone line and email
- Communication by staff or Physician, via callback or email, within 24-48 hours
- Pulmonary and Sleep related questions, inquiries and test results review and discussion via phone or email, up to twelve (12) per year
- Subsequent Physician visits scheduled within (1) week of communication, extended to 30 minutes
- Collaborate and coordinate Patient care and treatment plan with their primary care and specialists
